The 1st-floor office/bedroom has a sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, desk, chair, and printer, and it can be used for an additional sleeping guest or as a quiet home office space.

Other things to note

 

This property is NOT childproofed in any way and NOT suitable to children under the age of 12 who cannot swim. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk.

Pool Heating and Spa:
- Pool+Spa heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day after that. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long (28+ night) stays;
- Spa/Jacuzzi-only heating can be hired for the whole stay for $50/day;
